Interior Slab Lifting
Lifting interior slabs can be a highly invasive and expensive process. Interior slabs settle due to lack of adequate support soils or settling footers. In order to lift these slabs, you must address the poor soils and voids underneath the slab and this is where polyurethane foam jacking shines. Once injected, polyurethane quickly seeks out the voids in liquid form and then begins to expand. During expansion, the polyurethane compacts the loose soils and fills the voids. Once adequate soil support is restored to the slab, the polyurethane expansion lifts the slab back into place. Polyurethane foam jacking can be used in conjunction with exterior piers and pilings.
